Our Ministries
Mā Mātou Manaaki
Oh taste and see that the Lord is good
Psalm 34:8
As a church we are a place where people are free to be fully themselves, to experience and grow in an authentic relationship with God and others and to know the abounding love of Jesus. We aspire to be the heart of our community a place for people to experience the love and kindness of God in real and practical ways. We seek to provide a safe place for people to explore who God is and what it means to journey through life with God at the centre.

Kids
Our services are "all in" services with a bible story and activities for kids in the service. We are relaxed about kids being kids. We have a parents room available for babies and toddlers

Food services
The cost of living and the ability to provide healthy, nutritious food are huge issues for people in these days. We have 3 ways that we support families to put food on the table.
PĀTAKA KAI
Our pātaka kai sits on the berm of our property and is widely supported by our local community to "give what you can and take what you need"
MĀRA KAI
Our māra kai is run in collaboration with the Te Atatū Peninsula Marae Committee to grow fresh vegetables for people to pick.
There is an opportunity to share your love of gardening and to serve the community if you would like to be involved.
TE ATATŪ FOODBANK
Run by local community volunteers in partnership with Te Atatū Baptist to provide food support to our local community, food pick ups are on a Thursday between 12 and 2pm and must be booked. Bookings can be made through the Te Atatū Foodbank Facebook page. For further information email: teatatufoodbank@gmail.com
